2. Eligibility

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when investing in your education. Therefore, we offer a fair refund policy:

• You are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course material.
• Refunds are not available for services already rendered (e.g. coaching calls, completed modules, downloadable materials).
• To request a refund, please email info@elitetopedu.com with your full name, program name, and date of purchase.

We strive for quality, but cannot guarantee outcomes or job placement. EliteTopEdu is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our site or services, including data loss or opportunity costs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court in Montreal, Quebec.
